Updated September 2026 · Site and calculator questions only

Email [email protected]. This inbox is read by the editor, Dr. Farhan, not by a clinic nurse and not by an on-call fertility fellow. IVF Due Date Calculators is a small educational website. We can fix a wrong offset, a 404, or a cookie-banner bug. We cannot triage your two-week wait.

There is no phone tree, no after-hours answering service, and no “message your care team” portal here. If the question would normally go to the nurse line printed on your discharge sheet, send it there instead of this inbox.

What to write about

  • A calculator result that looks mathematically wrong — include the URL, embryo day (Day 3/5/6/7, retrieval, or IUI), the calendar date you entered, and the number you expected
  • A broken layout, 404, or mistyped guide on ivfduedatecalculators.com
  • A privacy, cookie, or newsletter deletion request (write from the same address you subscribed with)
  • A factual error in a dating explainer — quote the sentence and the public source you think we missed (ACOG, CDC ART, ASRM, or your clinic’s written policy if it is public)
  • Advertising or partnership questions about the website itself, not about selling IVF cycles

What we will not answer

  • Whether your beta, spotting, cramping, or scan is “normal”
  • Whether to start, stop, or change progesterone, baby aspirin, blood thinners, or stimulation drugs
  • Which clinic, PGT lab, ERA test, or protocol you should buy
  • Second opinions on surgery, hydrosalpinx, or embryo grading from photos
  • Whether a hospital portal should overwrite an IVF due date — that is a chart conversation with the team that owns the record

Those questions belong to the clinicians who ordered the labs. If you are bleeding heavily (soaking pads), in severe one-sided pain, faint, short of breath, or swelling rapidly after retrieval, use emergency services or your clinic’s after-hours number the same day. Do not wait for a website reply.

Do not send

Full lab PDFs, embryo photos with your name visible, passport scans, insurance cards, or another person’s cycle. If a screenshot is needed to show a layout bug, crop names, medical-record numbers, and barcodes first. We do not keep a patient chart, and we do not want one.

Timing and language

This is a small editorial site. We try to answer calculator and page bugs within a few business days. Weekend emails sit until the next working day. We do not provide 24/7 medical coverage. English is the language of the site; we may not be able to reply in other languages.
