This policy describes what IVF Due Date Calculators (ivfduedatecalculators.com) collects, what we do not collect, and how advertising cookies work if Google AdSense is active. It applies to the website, the browser calculator, and the newsletter form. It does not apply to your fertility clinic, Google Play, or any app store listing except where we link those products.

Who is responsible

The publisher is IVF Due Date Calculators. The editor is Dr. Farhan. Contact: [email protected]. We are not a covered healthcare provider and we do not keep a medical record of your cycle.

What the calculator does not store

Transfer dates, embryo day, beta values, and ultrasound numbers you type into the due-date tool run in your browser. We do not write those fields to our server as a patient chart. Clearing your browser storage removes them from that device. Do not email us lab PDFs or embryo photos unless you are reporting a math bug and you have stripped identifiers.

Information we do collect

  • Newsletter: if you submit the form, your email is sent by the site to [email protected] so we can add you to updates. You can ask to be removed at the same address.
  • Contact: messages you send to info@ or through the contact page, including your email and the text of the request.
  • Server logs: standard hosting logs (IP address, user agent, URL, time) for security and abuse prevention. These are not used to build an IVF medical profile.
  • Cookies: essential consent flags, and — if you allow them — analytics and advertising cookies described below and in the cookie policy.

Analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we may use Google Analytics to see aggregated page views, device type, and which guides are read. This helps us fix broken pages. It is not sold to clinics as a lead list. You can refuse analytics in footer cookie settings.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We may show third-party ads, including Google AdSense, to keep the calculator and guides free. Google and other ad partners may use cookies or similar technology to serve, measure, and personalize ads as described in Google’s policies. Ads never change Day 3 / Day 5 / retrieval / IUI math. You can refuse advertising cookies on this site and use Google’s ad settings. We do not sell the dates you type into the tool to advertisers.

Legal bases and your choices

Essential cookies are needed for the site to remember your cookie choice and to keep forms secure. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. You can change your mind in Cookie settings in the footer. To ask what we hold about an email you sent us, or to request deletion of a newsletter signup, email [email protected] from that same address.

Children

This site is written for adults in fertility treatment. It is not directed at children under 16.

Third-party links

Guides link to ACOG, CDC, ASRM, ESHRE, Google Play, and similar public sources. Their privacy practices are their own. The Android app listing is operated under Google Play’s terms.
